What are the precautions for using BOP?

1. According to the relevant regulations, try to close the blowout preventer to check the sealing effect, if the rubber core fails or other problems should be replaced immediately.

2. Spray preventer rubber core spare parts should be stored properly.

3. No long-term well closure operation

4. When the blowout preventer is in the sealed state, it is allowed to move the pipe string up and down slowly, but it is not allowed to rotate the pipe string

5. It is strictly forbidden to use the micro-open blowout preventer as a scraper to release casing pressure

6. Only oblique welding drill bit joints can be used when closing the well and starting drilling.

7. After each opening of the blowout preventer, check whether the anti-blast core is turned on to prevent the anti-blast core from being damaged

8. The opening and closing of the blowout preventer should use standard hydraulic oil and pay attention to cleaning

9. The oil pressure controlled by the sealing liquid should not be excessive, the large oil pressure controlled by the sealing liquid should not exceed 15 MPa, and the oil pressure controlled by the sealing liquid should not exceed 10:5MPa

10. After setting the blowout preventer, the zero seal test is usually not carried out, but the sealing test must be carried out as required.
