How to use triplex plunger pump?

Items that should be checked before the three-cylinder pump is energized:

1. Check the lubricating oil tank, replenish it when the amount of oil is insufficient, and replace the lubricating oil in time when the oil quality is polluted (it must be stopped and deflated when refueling before it can be added);

2. Maintain each lubrication point, check the tightening of the connecting bolts of each part of the equipment, and tighten it in time if it is found loose;

3. Open the valve in the upper part of the air bag, adjust the valve opening degree according to the displacement of the pump, when the displacement is below 25m3/h open half or 2/3, the displacement is 25/3 or full open when it is 2m3/h (the specific situation is determined by the piston lubrication);

4. Adjust the air bag pressure to about 0.3MPa (when the displacement is large, the air pressure can be appropriately increased, and vice versa);

5. Check the air pressure gauge under the control console (whether it can be hung up in gear), and open the positive pressure protection air supply valve (the valve is opened halfway);

6. Check whether the pipeline valve has leakage, whether the process is correct, and close the needle valve and safety valve.
